Lucky Delights is located in Calgary, Alberta, specifically in Castleridge, NE.We operate from home, so we don’t have a physical storefront. We will share the address for pick-up and arrange a meeting spot once your order is confirmed.
Do you offer nut-free, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, or vegan products?
Our products are made without nuts, but please note that our pocket-sized treats are prepared, decorated, and stored in a kitchen where nuts are also used.Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, or vegan options.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We try our best to accommodate all orders, but since we put a lot of care into crafting our bite-sized treats, we only accept orders for specific weeks each month. It’s best to place your order as early as possible to ensure availability!
What are the methods of payment?
We accept payments via Cash or Interac e-Transfer.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for an additional fee depending on your location. Enjoy free delivery on orders of 3 or more!
Can I reschedule my pick-up date?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2-3 days before your original pick-up date.We also offer flexibility on the day of, allowing you to adjust your pick-up time within a 30-minute window. No worries if your schedule changes!
Can I cancel or get a refund for my order?
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products that meet our quality standards. Please review your order carefully before completing your payment.If we need to cancel your order due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule your order.
